San Francisco Rush 2049 Unlock Cheat Menu
Although this code doesn't unlock any cheats it will unlock the Cheat Menu.
From the main menu, highlight Options, press and hold:
L + R + C-UP and C-RIGHT then tap Z.
Getting this one to work took me a couple of tries.
Hint: Hit the button combo rapidly until the menu selection "CHEATS" appears on the Main Menu screen.
San Francisco Rush 2049 Mine Car
At the Cheat Menu highlight Car Mines:
- Hold the L and R Buttons and hit the Z button. Release all buttons
- Hold C-Left and C-Down and hit the Z button. Release all buttons.
- Hold C-Left and C-Up and hit the Z button. Release all buttons.
- Hold C-Up and C-Right and then hit the Z button. Release all buttons.
When you hit the mine box while you are racing your car will turn into a traveling mine.
San Francisco Rush 2049 Upside Down!
At the Cheat Menu highlight the Track Orientation setting and then:
Hold L and R then hit C-RIGHT, C-LEFT, C-UP, C-DOWN, Z.

You must get 100 kills in battle mode.
San Francisco Rush 2049 Unlockable: Roadkill Battle Arena
You must get 500 kills in Battle mode.
San Francisco Rush 2049 Unlockable: Plaza Battle Arena
You must get 250 kills in battle mode.
San Francisco Rush 2049 Unlockable: Factory Battle Arena
You must get 1000 kills in Battle mode.
San Francisco Rush 2049 Unlock Venom
Collect all 32 silver coins in Stunt mode to unlock Venom.
San Francisco Rush 2049 Unlock Battle Arena 8
Collect 1000 kills in Battle Mode to unlock the Battle Arena 8.
San Francisco Rush 2049 Super Tires
Hightlight the Super Tires option in the Cheat Menu and press:
Z, Z, L, R, C-UP, C-UP, C-LEFT, C-RIGHT, C-DOWN.

Collect 16 gold coins in Stunt Mode to unlock Crusher.
San Francisco Rush 2049 Unlock The Oasis
To unlock the Oasis stunt track, you must earn an accumulated score of 250,000 points in Stunt Mode. This may take you a couple of days; the points are cumulative though. To view you points, got to the main menu and select "Records". Now look for your track and it'll tell you how many points you have.
San Francisco Rush 2049 Unlock The Presidio
To unlock the Presidio track, you must first complete the Intermediate Circuit with a placemant of third place or better.
San Francisco Rush 2049 Unlock Downtown Battle Arena
To unlock the Downtown battle arena you must accumulate a score of 100 points in battle mode.
San Francisco Rush 2049 Unlock Roadkill Battle Arena
To unlock the Roadkill battle arena you must accumulate a score of 500 points.
San Francisco Rush 2049 Invincibility
Hightlight the Invincibility option in the Cheat Menu and press:
C-RIGHT, L, R, R, L, C-LEFT + C-DOWN + Z.
San Francisco Rush 2049 All Parts
Hightlight the All Parts option in the Cheat Menu and press:
L + R + Z, C-DOWN, C-LEFT, C-UP, C-RIGHT, L + R + Z.
